CANCELLATION POLICY

Substitutions are available at any time or you may reschedule to attend any of the same topic workshops within that month if there is availability. To qualify for a refund, notification must be received by ALCA no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop.  After 72 hours prior, no refund will be given.
