• The goal of Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM)
• Why sustainable practices are important
• The anticipated outcome of doing it the correct way
• Why sustainable practices differ from past practices
• What work is necessary or generated to better support the goal
• Who will benefit from the application of these practices and why

What is the benefit of becoming SLM Certified?

• SLM Certified recipients will receive a certificate with their specific identification number and their name & company name will be posted on the ALCA website.
• Current and prospective clients will be able to recognize who is trained in SLM.

How do you become certified?

Score at least 70% on an online exam of 50 questions.   If you do not pass, you will have two additional times to take the exam at $25/each exam.

**Please be sure to bring a notepad & pencil to take notes.**

CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions are available at any time or you may reschedule to attend any of the same topic workshops within that month if there is availability.  To qualify for a refund, notification must be received by ALCA no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop.  After 72 hours prior, no refund will be given.
