Event Details

• Apply proper techniques in collecting a soil sample for analysis
• Determine soil texture and understand how soil texture relates to irrigation management
• Take steps to prevent soil compaction and salt accumulation
• Recognize and correct plant nutrient deficiencies
• Select and apply soil amendments and fertilizers at the appropriate rates
• Describe the role of roots and plant health and the importance of soil management to optimize root health

CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions are available at any time or you may reschedule to attend any of the same topic workshops within that month if there is availability.  To qualify for a refund, notification must be received by ALCA no later than 72 hours prior to the workshop.  After 72 hours prior, no refund will be given.
