Event Details

• Provide basic plant biology as it pertains to pruning, decay, disease and wound closure
• Demonstrate the safe use of basic pruning equipment
• Describe the five basic tree pruning types: crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction and restoration
• Describe and demonstrate shrub renovation pruning
• Explain common pruning mistakes and how to avoid them

CANCELATION POLICY

Substitutions are available at any time or you may reschedule to attend any of the same topic workshops within that month if there is availability.  To qualify for a refund, notification must be received by ALCA no later than 3 days prior to the workshop.  After 3 days prior, no refund will be given.
