Beth Postma, owner/manager of All Season Wholesale Growers, received her Bachelor of Science - Plant biology from Arizona State University in 2001 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award. Upon graduation, Beth worked as Propagation Manager for several local nurseries and as a Supervisor of grounds maintenance for an upscale resort.  In 2005 she purchased property in South Phoenix and started All Season Wholesale Growers a full service, wholesale nursery.  The nursery supplies landscape companies and other nurseries with high quality ground covers, shrubs and trees.  Beth and her staff are best known for their knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service.

Beth has been a strong supporter of ALCA. This is demonstrated not only by her financial commitments but also by her strong participation and involvement in the association. She has been a sponsor of ALCA's monthly meetings and the new membership recruitment/mini trade show. She has sponsored golf tournaments and contributed silent auction items in which the proceeds benefit the ALCA Scholarship Fund. Beth volunteers her time and expertise as a judge for ALCA's "Excellence in Landscaping" awards program and is a proud sponsor of this event. Beth contributes articles for The ALCA Influence magazine based on her plant expertise. She organizes and runs the plant identification contest at ALCA Field Day.

Beth Gosnell has a strong commitment to give back to the community. She has donated plant material for several of the ALCA Community Projects.

Beth holds a position on ALCA's Co-Director of Education and has been working diligently with her committee to build on the success of the ACLP program that has certified over 500 individuals.
