Jomar Association Services: Responsible for working with investors in Condominium conversions that were being managed as apartment rentals. Duties included consulting with Board of Directors in condominium law and the procedures in conducting the business of the Condominium HOA. Duties also included working with the diverse and multitude of problems created when the Declarant went out of business and abandoned the conversion project. My portfolio also consisted of the management of single family home HOA's and owner occupied Condominiums.

-April 2008Vision Community Management: Experience includes the management of condominium and single family communities. Duties included the management of landscape vendors and other vendors responsible for projects on the property. I commonly walked the property landscaping to identify irrigation and other problems and conveyed those to the proper vendors. I was responsible approval of payment of all vendor invoices and the monitoring of financial statements for presentation to the Boards. Attended monthly board meetings and communicated regularly with HOA Boards concerning all affairs of the community. Monitored all homeowners compliance to the CC&R's, architectural guidelines and board rules.
