Workers Compensation through the State Compensation Fund. The plan allows members to opportunity to share in an additional "bonus" dividend through the association. Each participating member will receive no less than its earned individual dividend and, in addition, will share in the group "bonus" dividend if earned. Bonus dividend averages 50% more than your individual dividend.
