Responsible for the organized purchasing and distribution of plants and materials for up to twenty installation crews, eight maintenance crews, and a tree farm having $15 million in sales per annum. My specific responsibilities with this delivery system relied on the systematic use of wholesaler resources and the routing of company vehicles to efficiently meet the scheduling demands of the projects.
