ACLP

This program is for those aspiring to be professional landscapers. Each year the ACLP program sponsors a series of optional educational programs and certification exams. The exam is comprised of tests, both written and practical, including:

               

               

The intent of the exam is to identify and certify those individuals who have basic landscape skills.

How does ACLP Work?

A candidate will be declared an Arizona Certified Landscape Professional (ACLP) when he/she receives at least a minimum score of 70% on each section of the examination. Retakes are permissible. Graduates will earn the right to use the ACLP designation after their name and to proudly display the ACLP certificate for customers and business associates to see.

               

What will I learn?

Each optional workshop session is designed for interaction and hands-on learning. By the end of the 12-month program, participants have accumulated a valuable resource of information of basic landscape skills. Studies include:
